In a post-credits scene, Spider-Man arrives to Miles Morales who is wearing his Spider-Man mask, where players learn Miles has finally gained spider-like powers. She agrees to stall Hammerhead for a couple days to give them a chance to find him first. As Spider-Man approaches the door, Black Cat rushes out and pins him to the ground. During the credits, a memorabilia of Stan Lee can be seen.
Insomniac has not confirmed which character will be the focus of Turf Wars, the second part of The City That Never Sleeps, but The Heist makes a good case that we can expect to see Spidey go up against the gangster with a steel skull fairly soon. Some stories wrap up neatly, leaving everyone back where they started.
