The Nvidia web drivers have not yet been updated to support metal 2, and because of this anyone that updates to mojave right now with a card that requires the web drivers will get very poor graphical performance. They might be out of date, but they're still very excellent and very capable and most importantly - upgradable machines. This enabled full install without an issue. I love my 2013 macbook air and pro. Apple 100% does not care about it's creative class anymore. It depends on the software. Play-around with it, to get your device working.

My computer still recognizes the screen, and I can choose to mirror with it or extend my desktop, but no matter what nothing shows up. These people are discovering, and hopefully coming to terms that they never owned any Apple device.
